From April 2021 to August 2023, I have spent ***** dollars with Keystone Chevrolet. My oil leak is worse now then when I first drove into that garage. They need to consider how they treat their customers. I pray no one treats their mother, wife, sister, aunt, niece the way they have handled my 2014 malibu. THEY ARE THE WORLDS WORST BY FAR I HAVE ENCOUNTERED! I took my car back after emailing them to see if they could make it right. I must say this experience has been terrible. Keystone Chevrolet of ************ something needs to be done I took my car on January *****th when he told me he had to keep my car I asked if they could give me a loaner, they stated toe that they don't do loaners anymore because of COVID, I took my vehicle to them because it kept saying no engine power when I got my car back the light was off the very next day it was back on and leaking oil. I wish I would’ve known what I was getting into when I purchased a vehicle from Keystone Chevrolet in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. I’ve always thought they were a reputable business but today I found out different. I purchased a car from them a year ago and am just now finding out that the damage they claimed was fixed when I purchased it was never touched. They deserve 0 stars!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! I believe for myself to be a respectable honorable human being and I was treated terribly. I purchased a vehicle from them last week, and within one week the car had lights flashing tons of things wrong I told them to cancel the loan I do not want this car any longer to much wrong with it as you would expect. We brought our car because we needed a part under warranty replaced and to have it done at a dealership. They charged us $145 to scan it and then said it was not the warrantied part, but several other things that would have cost over $3000 to fix. We took the car back to our mechanic and paid him for the part and to replace it. The other problems went away. They are crooks and will try to scam you. Beware having your car serviced there. They will try to cheat you.
