Over the past decade I hired Keystone Carpet to clean my carpets and tile and grout numerous times. The last couple of years in order to give business to some local companies in my community I hired several different companies but I was not satisfied. I went back to Keystone! They do a terrific job cleaning my carpets, removing stains and cleaning tile and grout. Good customer service is hard to find these days. I moved out of my property and this “company” has provided an estimate for Total Real Estate of Nevada for a home that already had carpet cleaning, so I’m not sure what Keystone Carpet Care were going to do to the carpet, but I assume this is part of Total Real Estate of Nevada’s scam to steal their tenants security deposits on move out.
Have been using Keystone for over 10 years. They do an absolutely amazing job. Would definitely recommend.
