Reached out via their online form to get an appointment booked. We had a real need for the service due to an event which I explained on the form. Heard NOTHING back. Not a thing. Either let me know you don't want the job or maybe think twice about offering services. Businesses who can't be bothered to call customers back shouldn't be in business.
I was super happy with the service we received. From contacting them to getting the job done was super fast and they did great work! Will use Keystone Carpet Care again in the future.
Very professional and great service with good pricing. They have cleaned my carpets/couches multiple times, went out of their way to make everything look as clean as possible. The guy cleaning the carpets is a pretty good looking guy too.
