We liked the free in home estimate. Mark the sales rep showed us styles and colors of carpet. We choice an excellent quality of carpet. The installers were very accommodating. They were able to install the carpet quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Keystone Carpets.
Keystone Rocks! They just replaced all of our carpet in the upper floor of our home (Living/dining room, hallway, bedroom) and did a really great job. Their install crew is incredible. They've worked together for so long they don't use words to communicate - they must use telepathy. We're really pleased with the overall result. They were on time, and had the whole job done in about a half-day.
We would not recommend them to anyone. Our Kitchen floor still sticks in places when we walk. After checking found it was probably not prepared right before laying it. Second the living room carpet is wonderful, but the hallway is not. They say there is only one seam in it. We have been checking it and there is more than 1 seam. Looks awful. Not going to fight with them anymore. Just will not give them a good rating.

Keystone Carpets recently installed carpet at our home. We both enjoyed working with John from our first meeting. John came to our house, showed us samples, and gave us an estimate. This was very convenient for us, and much appreciated. The product Keystone Carpets has to offer is great quality.
