Keystone Bank does a great job meeting banking needs. They have good deposit products and the service at the Pressler location has always been great. Their technology has improved over the years and now rivals your major bank chains (RDC, Zelle, transfers, third-party integrations, etc.). Their customer service through the app is also prompt and helpful.
While the tellers are nice, this bank specifically blocks a lot of transactions. They seemed to have gotten a little better by the time I left. It's lead to some awkward counter conversations. I've gotten stranded at 3am before because my payment for rideshares kept getting rejected. I lost out on several thousands when my purchases for crypto keep getting blocked (which they told me directly was too risky to choose to spend my own money on after I spent days successfully predicting bull markets I was never able to profit on... read more
