Excellent service!
I wish I could give this company a minus score. One star is too high. I returned a new unopened item, because this was meant as a gift and the recipient already had one and didn't need this second one. I only received a credit of $12 on a $22 order. When I inquired, I was told that this is their return policy to charge shipping. There is no website I could find for this company so how am I to know about this return policy. Not happy at all!
