Do not recommend if you don't like the idea of being on hold for nearly an hour of your precious time. The first time I called, I was on hold for roughly 30 minutes with no answer, so I decided to try at a later time. I called back at a later time, and I was on hold for another 15 minutes before someone answered. The phone call lasted about a minute, telling me they don't have what I'm looking for. 45 minutes well spent, when they could have checked for me in a minute to save me some time.
They have all of my Auto body needs and the best auto paint!
LKQ is a terrible company. Zero customer service. Zero organization. Everytime I call into find out about my order, the answer is always "tomorrow". You're better off going to a scrap yard. They will waste your time. They suck.
The employees seem like they really hate their jobs.. really poor service
Awful on hold for 10 mins and unless youve got an account with them there pretty much useless i can only imagine tje zoo they have there
