OMG ! First time user. I bought a motor, paid by phone and when it was delivered to the shop, the driver stated there was a delivery fee even after I was informed there would not be one. He left with the motor and said I needed to get with the company I brought it from. Called and spoke with Keystone cust. serv rep who told me she would call driver back out and give me a call back. I was never called back and when I called them, they were closed. They can care less. HORRIBLE
