I had a body shop in sc for 30 year and been in business for 45 years keystone has always been good but now they have done me so wrong and treated me bad in the past 8 weeks trying to get a refund on a headlights I got from them the check has been in the mail for 8 weeks not here yet would not buy from them again because I still don't have my money over $800.00 now you see why I'm mad !
I am currently in the middle of a really big headache dealing with LKQ (same as Keystone) and their extended warranty purchase program that I took advantage of but seeing as the motor had no compression when advertised is had 160 I wanted them to pick it up and return my money. I received another engine even after refusing delivery of the unordered replacement, its a hassle to get my money still... will follow up with the result in the coming week.
