Ive lived here for years(5 years) at this point and I wouldn't recommend anyone moving here, the management uses their poor turnover as a reason why a lot goes neglected here and i hate it. Poor night time lighting? Check Terrible response time to simple maintenance request? Check Homeless breaking into empty units? Check Ignoring residents request for replacement of dead plants? I am extremely disappointed with how the leasing office handles residents’ packages. About three months ago, I received an email saying my package had been delivered. I checked my mailbox, the parcel room, and everywhere else, but I couldn’t find it. I went to the leasing office and the front desk employee I don’t know her name she is a new staff and she told me there was no package for me. Then, in July, another package was marked as delivered. I was even shown a delivery photo proving it had been placed in the parcel room.... read more
