Very helpful and friendly staff. The walkthrough and application process couldn’t have gone better. Edit: I have moved in and trying to get anything fixed is quite the battle. Since the day I moved in the fan in my freezer has been making a loud grinding noise for hours at a time, so of course I put in a maintenance requests. We are now going into week 3 and no one has even looked at it. I can’t even rest in my own home. Very disappointed.
I wanted to take a moment and share my absolute gratitude towards Emma. I know that after reading a lot of these reviews, a lot may rethink giving Keystone a chance, but I've been a resident here for a little over 4 years and I have to say the staff, maintenance and manager, Emma are absolutely amazing. As we all know, not any property is perfect, but when something does goes wrong, I've never had any complaints about getting anything fixed.
