So far it’s been a good experience
Had to wait a month for my new laundry room door, then ask twice to get it installed. Happy with the door, but took too long!
Horrible, honestly I don’t recommend it, maintenance sucks. They know that everything is wrong with the apartment, but they don’t fix anything even when you ask them to, they fix everything but the actual problem.
EDIT 05/02/2025 Changed review from 5, to 2 stars. Since living here, the staff have been very personable, and in changing my review two stars I hope I’m not offending anyone, but people deserve to know. Since living here December of 22, we have had: - multiple leaks some worse than others - “amenities” being from 2001 - girlfriends car was broken into - several sketchy individuals wearing masks, gloves and some with weapons caught on front door cameras (three separate times) - no security and no effort to correct the crime ... read more
