There’s no sense of security or protection at this complex vehicles and motorcycles get stolen all the time, the fence surrounding the complex is always broken (Insinuating people that don’t live here are coming onto the property) No camera surveillance, and the security team is never here
DO NOT LEASE HERE, I have been dealing with so many issues for the past few months either with parking or neighbors blasting they’re tv through the walls to echo and vibrate with what they are watching, parking spots have been taken up by trailers and an implemented ParkM service that is expensive and for people to not even pay for it and no tow trucks arrive it seems like a scare tactic that isn’t working, and having to park on the whole other side of another complex to find parking is ridiculous and my car was also vandali... read more
- Price is too much for what it is. The apartments have nothing special going for them and are old. Only reason I'm here is because it's close to my brother and was last minute decision. - Dog friendly areas are terrible. The doggy bags are way to scattered from each other. In the summer the grass is too long andit's hard to pick up poop and its usually overflooded. Also your shoes and your dog's paws will always be wet also slippery. Don’t have cameras anywhere so hopefully your vehicle stay safe! People have been vandalizing mine and no record of it. Thanks apartments! For nothing. Dish washer backs up every time I wash my dishes In the sink. Can’t seem to fix/replace appliances. You have to move out to get any upgrades. Besides that good apartments.
Lived in these apartments for almost 3 years. Broke our lease because it was so bad and our annoying neighbor who abused his kids was loud as heck at all times of the day. The leasing office was notified and they never did anything about it. A couple months back one of the workers backed into my car, took responsibility for it, then when I spoke to the leasing office about it they told me they wouldn’t be taking responsibility.
