Timi the maintenance manager and her team deserve some praise! Timi has always been prompt to address concerns or maintenance requests even when she’s not on the property! She makes home feel just that much better!! Thank you Timi and the team!
I have family that lives at this community. This place is terrible! They have a huge issue with squatters (about 30 units boarded up) and people breaking into occupied units. One resident was even badly beaten and is in ICU and the people are still in her apartment and now have squatter rights. To top it off they will not let the injured resident out of their lease agreement. Do not live here it is not safe! Check do better denver on Instagram or just Google the property.
