Got a very good overview of what was going to be done. Explained about allergen concerns and was assured the job would need our needs and it did. They did a thorough job of inspecting and cleaning the ducts. Even were carefully hand washing the air intake vent covers. They identified a problem with the dryer vent and gave a fair quote and repaired it quickly. They also went above and beyond to help us with some additional help we needed. Very friendly , professional and knowledgeable.
