I paid deposit for car while deal wasn’t finalised I requested refund for that . Despite multiple follow ups i haven’t received deposit back or a clear explanation.
How long has this been going on? I will never buy another car without using Keystone. They saved me money, got me the model and colour I was hunting and saved me loads of precious time. Including delivering it to my door! Jack was awesome from beginning to end. Thanks guys.
Be aware when u deposit money here … They don’t refund . We haven’t finalised deal yet and they denied to pay deposit back .

Would even consider another star if google allowed it.Recently purchased a vehicle from interstate via Keystone.Ed and the team were so accomodating to make the deal work covering off a on all my requests and more. No doubt I will be dealing with these guys again, hopefully in the not to distant future.
I recently picked up an Isuzu tipper through Rhett at Keystone Auto, and honestly the whole experience was unreal. I’m a builder on the North Shore, so I’m flat out most days, and Rhett made everything completely hassle-free. He was super responsive from the start, kept me in the loop the whole way, and even dropped the tipper off straight to my site…can’t ask for better service than that.
