I feel bad. This company was put in an impossible situation by nationwide having two few contractors to do towing And therefore, having terrible roadside assistance.They were 2 1/2 hours away. They did eventually show up. They were very helpful. The driver, Danny, was very professional and very nice. I do understand how people can get frustrated with the situation that the tow truck companies get put in by crappy contracts with money hungry insurance companies.
Put in the request for a tow at 10am. I have received four texts saying they were 45 minutes away. I called them and they stated I was the next call at 3:30. I now have received two 20 minute text messages and it’s 5pm. It’s almost dark. I am a one vehicle household right now and the dealership said they might be able to look at it today. That’s not going to happen now. Why accept a call if you can’t make it in a reasonable time? I should have just used my AAA membership. Avoid this business.
Terrible customer service. Lies on top of lies and left me with a messed up truck and didn’t care at all and refused to fix it. DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE.
Very bad experience when trying to get vehicle towed. Extremely unprofessional. Poor communication and disrespectful. Would never recommend this company for anything. Left me stranded for over 4 hrs in cold weather. Contacted a professional towing company and they took care of me.
