Let's just say communication needs improvement. Mike and Zac are good guys, but the schedule was missed and no calls except for me calling in.
This place is a joke. I wish there was a option to give 0 stars. My Jeep sat here for 5 weeks until I finally said enough was enough. I had agreed to get work done after about four days of my Jeep being dropped off. I called numerous times and had to leave a message. When I actually spoke to someone or Mike they gave me BS excuses. My sister used her roadside assistance to help tow my car, her insurance decide to use keystone and kept me updated with giving me an ETA. That ETA kept changing from 90 minutes, to 45 minutes to 20 minutes to 5 minutes. They were NEVER going to show up because I waited hours and that road was empty. We ended up canceling and got a tow truck that actually showed up. Why lie to an insurance company and customer who's recording this when it's makes you look stupid and unreliable?
