I only owe them 100 dollars and my vent broke I have no heat period and there refusing too come out over that I have 3 kids and a wife with no heat and it is a emergency my pipes are freezing so I decided too fix it myself that problem is fixed but now my furnace is reading 200 degrees and temp won't go down my furnace automatically shut itself off so I love there keystokers so that is why I put 3 but when you have emergency like that and carbon filled the air with 3 kids in the house and a wife plus fire trucks showed up an... read more

Family owned and operated. Very informational, call and ask for help. They walked me through the process and when that didn't work they sent someone out almost right away. Definitely will be going to them from here on out
I called at 3:30 pm right before the New Year weekend because my furnace was over heating my house and the pressure was high. The repair man arrive within an hour and found and fixed the problem quickly. My thermostat died. The repair person was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely nice. I highly recommend them.
Don was an amazing help! I was trouble shooting my stoker stove, and had some technical questions on getting a proper burn for my rice coal. After some research, don found information dating back to the early 90’s for my stove, and this thing works amazing! High quality, high heat, but I noticed I had insufficient burning, as well as the hoper wasn’t utilizing “all” coal after it reached less than half full.
