Customer service good but car cleaner needs to rinse their chamois out, not happy with car wash!
Huge shout out to Dalton at Rothwell Keystar. I turned up there very stressed after an issue with my car on the way to work this morning, with a series of other things unfolding in my day to cause havoc in my world. Dalton very quickly checked under the vehicle and assured me it was just the tray underneath had been damaged. He removed the tray and I was able to get back to work in under an hour Dalton was extremely polite, professional and reassuring and got my day back on track. Exceent service by James. Kia warranty repair due to metal shavings in the engine. James guided me step by step, provided a courtesy car, and pushed along for the warranty repair to be done in a timely manner. Never been happier.
I recently had my Stonic GT serviced at Kia Rothwell, and the whole process from booking online, dropping off my car to picking it up afterwards was so streamline. I pointed out a few issues of concern, and they were fixed. I had to dropped my car off by 730am, and within 2 hours my car was ready to be picked up.
