Today we had a service booked with Keystar Redcliffe Jeep after being advised by another Jeep dealership to return to our original purchase location for warranty work. I first spoke with Ella in late September and was booked for 17 October. When I called on the 16th, I was advised the booking had been lost due to a system issue and was rescheduled to 18 November. Just had my Jeep compass serviced today for the first time with Keystar Redcliffe and could not rave about the service provided any higher. From start to finish my interaction with the team, particularly Chloe who made the whole process so seamless. They were very efficient and went the extra mile with a complimentary car wash! Will most definitely be going to keystar Redcliffe from now on- cheers guys.
