Online booking system failed again. I waited a week or so for a message / reply from a Keystar representative but nothing came through so after a week or so I had to ring and book directly. Disappointed I then had to wait over 4 weeks to get a slot including a courtesy car. Everything went smoothly on the day so have no other complaints. The service we received on service day from Keystar was excellent from the moment we dropped the car off to the pick up.
