To be fair to these guys, I can't fault the place, surprised they are getting this heat. (their other reviews on the Keystar Morayfield Kia, and Mitsubishi I'd say are much fairer) I've been taking my Jeep TrackHawk here for the last 3 years and can't fault the place. Previous services, they've even prioritised my car on the occasion where I had to stay on site in the waiting room as I didn't have alternative transport that day.
Rude, unprofessional. Worker was quick to brush off my problem with unprofessional responses, refused to transfer the call to a manager. Tried calling back was still refused. Extremely annoyed with this service centre is absolutely garbage. They scratched the paint on my new car straight through the clear coat and ceramic coat, wrote them an email about that and various other issues I was trying to resolve and they have had 3 days to respond and nothing but crickets. They use Caltex oil in an eco diesel jeep, which I can't find a single rating for Chrysler, after service they didn't even reset the oil life, surely they have a process for this, had my car for a full week and didn't even fix the st... read more
The worst communicators ever...? I have to ring and chase them for progress. I complain so the Service Manager agrees to provide a daily update. But, no, they still can't give me job updates, not even once :( Vehicle has been with them for 4-weeks, and counting now... for an engine diagnostics (Jeep JLU not starting) Poor management culture & lack of leadership accountability.
