Car booked for 75000km service, told have to do 90000 due to "time" even though only 73000km done. Woman who served was Rude & told me to "google" the number to speak to someone about warranty. Picked up car asked about the light showing driver camera assist blocked & was told because i didnt mention it at drop off it wasn't noted on paperwork so it "should be ok". Didnt even get out of driveway & warning light came on. $600 to be treated poorly with no initiative to fix a very clear issue. Doubt they even did what was list... read more

First time at this dealership. A bit difficult to find the service entry. Once in the queue, discussed issue with service advisor and found that the service would take about 6 hours. Was able to utilise Keystar shuttle service to local shop, but would have appreciated a phone call prior to the day to get an understanding of time commitment. Service team was mostly helpful. Still testing outcome of mechanical service provided.

We were so pleased to have our car serviced as the customer service and professionalism was above any expectation. Of note, we would not have purchased a Mitsubishi(our first ) if not for Jeffrey in the sales department. A kind, understanding and knowledgeable man. Brittany in the service department was amazing and to the unknown mechanic who worked on our Outlander Phev, a big thank you.

As a workshop i have to deel with many car dealers this is one of the worst. Can never get them to answer the phone and when reception takes a message and tells you they will call you back you know it won't happen. I called three times yesterday to try and order parts as the parts they had sent me were wrong no luck will try again today. If there was another local choice I would try them without hesitation. Come on keystar sort it out

When you take your vehicle in for a major service and pay top dollar for it (dealership prices), you expect everything on the invoice to be done. That includes greasing the slip yokes and u joints. That's twice I've had my service done and they didn't touch any of the drive line. Spoke to someone over the phone and was told straight away that they didn't need doing... They're supposed to be done every 6 months/7500km or sooner. I have to ask myself, what else wasn't done? I'm not alone in thinking Keystar is a joke, I won't ... read more
