When you take your vehicle in for a major service and pay top dollar for it (dealership prices), you expect everything on the invoice to be done. That includes greasing the slip yokes and u joints. That's twice I've had my service done and they didn't touch any of the drive line. Spoke to someone over the phone and was told straight away that they didn't need doing... I would give 10 if I could. Wayne is so awesome, some of the best service I have ever experienced. Katie and Rebecca were a pleasure to work with on pick up day. Great work Keystar Mitsubishi.

Although it took them multiple tries so fix a noise issue, 5 star review provied due to active involvement of Service manager Samantha to ensure the issue was fixed.
On Friday I took my car in for a service and was told it would be ready by 3:30pm. At 12pm I received a text saying it wouldn’t be ready until 4:30pm. When I arrived at 4:30pm, I was told it would be “a couple of minutes” and to wait in the waiting room — where there were already eight other people already waiting.
