Oh dear lord where does one start. Had a headunit issue in March of 2025. Fast forward a few months when we reached out to follow up on how its going as having a car with a none functioning headunit can become a safety issue when you cant use navigation or hands free. turns out they didn't get the serial number or photos of the headunit ? Wild... I know to not let us know ealier or a sorry we are that incompetent we need you to have time off work to come in again???. Fast forward to September 2025. Absolutely incredible team. We showed up at 930am and needing a car pretty quickly. Jeff got us going and Carrie in finance was an absolute hero with getting our finance across the line in just a day. Was taken care off since the moment we walked in. Highly recommend going to. Absolutely so grateful to the whole team. May have taken us till 6pm, but we got there. Leaving a bad memory car behind and driving away in a fresh start. Thankyou again!
