The service centre and showroom should be split for ratings. Service centre is awful, their only saving grace is Ken at the front desk who went above and beyond to help after being crucified by multiple dissatisfied customers in a row. Car dropped off at 8.30am, returned just before 2pm, was told they were just waiting on paperwork, car had not been touched. Waited almost 2 more hours for a simple service. If you are hoping to get in contact with the service team forget it. We booked our service with the mobile service van. The tech arrived and did a great job on the service. We waited 5 days for the service tax invoice and the confirmation of our road side assistance had been renewed to be emailed to us. But not a word we tried to call but no luck the one time we did get thru they listened to us and then simply hung up without comment.
Very easy process and transparent across the car buying process. Ask for Wayne and he will take care of you
