This has to be the worst service department I have ever had the unprivileged to deal with. I called service department on numerous occasions to get my car its first service. The ph number apparently doesn’t exist I kept leaving messages and they said will call back . Not one call I eventually managed to book service through the chat bot, received confirmation that service was booked to be told at 7.30 am on the day they have no record of it being booked. Mitsubishi’s 10 year warranty is a scam!!! Our car has had a problem starting ever since we bought it brand new from the Bowen Hills branch and they refuse to fix it. The vehicle demonstrated the problem in front of their Service Advisor and he said “it’s normal”. I’ve raised it with management, supplied these videos to them and I’ve even made a complaint directly with Mitsubishi Australia and they won’t do anything either. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Recently bought a BRAND NEW 2025 Triton GSR with an accessory pack. My sailplane was damaged before I even had the car keys, this dealer promised for the sailplane to be taken off and replaced with a brand new one however they failed to do that and instead took it off, took it to a panel beater and repainted it without prior consult and where the damage is still visible.
