EDIT: Thought the offer of assistance was genuine.....well it's been WAY more than 24 hours and absolutely no response as promised by Garion Phillips. Worst customer service I have experienced. Totally uncaring and unwilling to resolve a parts issue with Kia Australia or overseas. Driving around for over 12 months with an intermittent safety issue and not a single staff member involved has taken ownership or attempted to resolve the problem. Would give zero stars if that was possible
