The service team at keystar rothwell are great!! Always polite to deal with, they do a thorough job in a timely manner. My aircon broke and they managed to squeeze me in to fix it even though they were flat out before christmas. They almost always give my car back to me washed, so that's also an added bonus.
This is directed at the service department only. I took my almost at the time, 2 year old MUX in for the 45k service. I waited at home all day, even though I booked in a month in advance for a morning service, so I could get into work late. I dropped the car off the night before. I explained that the only thing playing up was the battery. I kept receiving text messages and phone calls about extra work needed. New tyres, (yes a bit worn, but still legal and not urgent, I wasn’t prepared to pay $1400.00)battery (which I knew) ... read more
I sent an agent to have a five year, 50K service on my 2017 Mu X which was to cost $50 recently (I was still overseas at the time). They have deceived her into signing a 4 year, 60K service for a 2018 model and charged appropriately (thirteen times what it was supposed to cost) while taking the six year 60K service page from the service book.
