Had my husbands car in for a service last Friday as he was going away so didnt need his car for his gardening buskness. Got told they would call if something needed doing or if there was an issue and they never called. Picked the car up and they said it needed an air con belt costing $75. So now try and book the car back in to have it replaced. He uses his car for work and they cant supply a loan vehicle, they cant book it in when they should have replaced it while it was there.
