When I fist called KeySmart on the phone they seemed nice. So I went to check them out and have my Mazda transponder programmed . When I got there they were not as nice nor as reasonable as on the phone, I asked them a couple of questions I know the answers to so I could check their knowledge. A wrong answer to the key question turned them very rude. I suggest you try someone else. I went to the Dealer to get it done. Yest it cost me a little $40 more, but In addition to getting my key programmed I got a car wash, vacuum and... read more
