It's impossible to get in touch with a rep! I asked for notice of release a year ago and still haven't received it yet. Unprofessional and pathetic. Please avoid these people at all cost. I still don't know how is this law firm still existing. These guys are a scam! I will get the police involved since they took $1200 from me and did not do there job!
Sanitha Miranda and her team were organized, efficient and attentive. They were able to complete the entire process virtual. It was a pleasure meeting her (eventhough it was virtual), she was caring and professional. I would definitely recommend her.
