I'm giving two stars from some help we had that was very good back in 2013. Fast forward to 2025/2026 and my opinion of K,W, and N has greatly changed. When we purchased our home in 2013, we were very happy with the communication and service provided by this firm. We used them again for the sale of our home in 2025. Communication was TERRIBLE to say the least. Closed on a house supposedly …. I have not received a HUD statement after asking for it 4 times It has been three days from the closing date I do not have funds in my account. No one answers their phone. I have left numerous messages still no reply nor a call back . Totally not Legal in the way they do business. I will be reporting them.

We went through John Maloney and Melissa Pruyne for our estate matters to purchase our home and had a unique case to say the least, and both John and Melissa (Melissa especially) were so amazing throughout the entire process. Melissa went above and beyond to try and keep both parties satisfied and did an excellent job explaining things whenever I didn't understand something or had questions. It was a long and exhausting process but thank you both, I appreciate it more than you know!
