Closed on a house supposedly …. I have not received a HUD statement after asking for it 4 times It has been three days from the closing date I do not have funds in my account. No one answers their phone. I have left numerous messages still no reply nor a call back . Totally not Legal in the way they do business. I will be reporting them.

We went through John Maloney and Melissa Pruyne for our estate matters to purchase our home and had a unique case to say the least, and both John and Melissa (Melissa especially) were so amazing throughout the entire process. Melissa went above and beyond to try and keep both parties satisfied and did an excellent job explaining things whenever I didn't understand something or had questions. It was a long and exhausting process but thank you both, I appreciate it more than you know!
Fast to respond to sign u up,Then nothing u will have to call them leave messages they will never respond to.I hired them 2 represent me on a house I sold.I continuously had to call the buyers attorney to find out what was going on. Drug there feet for 3 months till I lost the sale .Then had to call the sellers attorney to find this out Because they do not respond. Joseph santulli
