Called on a Tuesday for a quote on home insurance. I must say I was not overly pleased with the results. After being asked numerous questions about my home I was told that the earliest I could get a quote was on Friday. I thought that was quite odd when most companies can give you a quote in minutes. I guess they don't really need the business...
