My father side consisted of 10 siblings, all born between 1917 and 1933. At the start of 2020 there just two brothers left, one at 92 years of age and the other at 95. The 92 year old passed a week into the New Year and fortunately his sons had everything in place eliminating the need for the last minute arrangements. Luke was very professional and easy to work with throughout the funeral arrangement process. I also had the pleasure to work and talk with Emily. Even though she is new to Keyser, she handled everything as if she had been in the business for years. Everything I needed was handled expeditiously and correctly. Someone was always available to help or guide me to a proper resolution.

Eric, gotta be honest. I tried getting rid of that fifth star when I realized it said "LOVED IT." Yes, I appreciate everything you did for us. You and your facility went the extra mile to make things as easy as possible in a very difficult time. But I just don't think "LOVED IT" should ever apply to a funeral service. "LIKED IT EXTRAORINARILY," yes, I'm willing to go that far. But the LOVING stuff I'd like to reserve for wives, kids, maybe even trips to the beach on great summer days.
