Couldn’t thank the staff enough for everything they have done for my dog! From desexing to removing a rock from his intestine! They have looked after him like he is their own and Teddy is always happy to see them! I have even noticed all other animals are happy to be there also. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
Our cat died of multiple organ failure after being poisoned by medication prescribed by Keysborough . Was not told to look for any negative side effects but claimed would take a week or two for meds to take effect. After a few days I noticed he was lethargic and sleepy - thought it was the meds , after a week I took him back to be told he's the 1 in a million who has a reaction ( almost comically being told " I've never seen this in 25 yrs) A quick google by me found out all about it. his immune system started attaching itse... read more
Receptionist was very rude !!! Couldn't answer question when asked.
Very expensive 3 different quotes and it just got more expensive. For me i will not be recommending this place to anyone. With the Vet telling me to have Surgery for my dog it was expensive for her um? I was happy with the first quote which was $2k but then doubled to $4.5k yeah a big fat NO! when all we just wanted was what would be the best option to make our dog comfortable, considering she's 16years old.
