Waste of my precious Sunday time, not sure how these doctors can make a diagnosis without even checking, they must have xray vision,no BP check, no chest check 5 mns to bill Medicare and send you away with a script that you have asked for hopeless

The Receptionist was extremely rude. I came in for my appointment on Tuesday at 6pm and the asian girl with black glasses was so rude! rude to me and disrespectful to this elderly woman who came after me and other patients as well. I came in and said hello! she’s like “yeah? “ with this mean angry look in her face. I mean you work as a receptionist at a clinic where sick people come at least have some empathy or look for another job with that attitude. Good service, easy booking, not too long waiting time. Great doctors especially Dr. Yi always warm and kind, also Dr. Jennifer very thorough :)

I had an appointment at 4.30pm , l arrived at 4.20pm. I was told there were 2 patients in front of me would be around 20 minutes, so l went for a walk and came back 25 minutes later . I asked the receptionist how long would it be , she said around 10minutes but l was still waiting at 5.20pm , so l asked again, l was told maybe another 10 minutes, l could not wait any longer so l left Extremely frustrated , just not good enough!!! Do book so many patients in !!!!

$70 for an appointment less then 2 minutes long where the doctor did not listen to what I said, gave me a prescription for something I did not have and ushered me out the door. Was not during a busy time either. I had intestinal bleeding. Lol. :/
