Would not recommend. Receptionists all very unprofessional. Receptionists more there for a social gathering than actually working. Doctor failed to complete a simply referal. Definetly a horrible experience.
Today my daughter had an appointment with Dr. Michael Lim. Disappointed! Not interested in the patient's condition, because he is a new patient, absolutely unprofessional! She tried to ask something? but he already had his hand on the door! Horrible!
I do not recommend Dr. Jennifer or Dr. Michael Lim. Extremely unprofessional doctors. They no not listen, they speak over the top of you and are not helping. They make every excuse, run late, are unhygienic and do not show any care for your wellbeing. So disappointing being a new clinic and hope that things improve for the community + people in Keysborough and surrounding suburbs.
The receptionists were super helpful and kind! Dr Merryl Anselm is always super attentive and provides thorough advice.
