In June 2019, Keys Tropical installed impact sliding glass doors in a condo that we bought about 8 months later. When we moved in we discovered one end of the triple slider was not secured - just slid open when locking the other side. We called them. A "crew" came out and hammered on it and it appeared to be secure. It happened again 3 weeks ago. I called and left a message then forgot about it. With hurricane season approaching, my husband just reminded me. Wish me luck!
The product and final install were good..but getting there was a journey. Had a broken door in shipping.. replacement and follow up were a nightmare. Missed appointments.. no call backs.. misinformation and zero follow up with adjustments. Very unresponsive!
We replaced all of our windows and doors in our home over a period of time using KTW. So glad we did! They not only look amazing, but the sound level is quiet and the feeling of security is perfect. The price was great. The service was friendly and attentive. The installers were polite, friendly and cleaned up after themselves :). I have recommended KTW to several friends and customers and would use them again without any hesitation.
Great company fixed broken glass for me. Only place I would do to for windows or glass repair
