If I could give a zero, or negative stars I would. This company as zero care in the world for anything they touch. Do NOT use this company if you value your personal items and don't want them damaged. They shift the blame and take zero accountability for things they have done. They go out of their way to be unhelpful and drag the process out. Find another company, any other company to unpack/store/pack your freight.
I had a really great experience with Keys staff. Right from the office staff who were absolutely on the ball. They were quick to answer question and get back with a quote and their attention was really fantastic and refreshing. I had Shaneo and Westy pack up my home and then were great too. Really helpful and on point. Thanks to all.
Very professional and personal service. I had someone actually come to my house for a quote which was almost $1000 cheaper than a video quote. 3 workers and a truck arrived at 7.30 and worked with efficiently and care. Highly Recommend
West, Logan, & Paddy moved us into WA’s northern beaches in Iluka. They were exceptional; working in with other trades people to ensure our move was smooth and seamless. Moving is always stressful; but West and Paddy came back for a second day to ensure everything was in the right spot. They went ‘above and beyond’ the requirements of a standard move and made our stressful time much easier. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough for their expertise; understanding of the moving business and their flexibility.
Welsh and Paddy were fantastic. Polite, efficient and very friendly when unloading our goods and stacking them away in the house. The whole "Keys moving experience" has been excellent.
