I am extremely happy with the professionalism of Keys - the lifting solution team. All the staff have been very good. Communication has been very responsive from Kate, particularly regarding the uplift date change and insurance cover. The two guys who came to do the uplift were: Westy and Hamish. They were efficient, effective and courteous. They were also very helpful. I can't thank them enough. I would thoroughly recommend this company in the future. They treated my furniture with careful handling.
My family has previously used Keys for moving house, but I personally would never use them again. I am utterly disgusted in the way our things have been packed during this move. Multiple high value items have been damaged beyond repair due to negligent packing. An example is our 85" TV. This wasn't even packed in a box and instead just had a blanket wrapped around it.
