Horrible place to get taxes done. They were paid in advance last year to do a prior year return and never mail it in or finished it. They are completely unprofessional! The owner who was responsible for my return would schedule times to meet with me to finish and "fix" the return and she never showed up.
Lisa is awesome. She goes out of her way to help. She helped me out immensely with a couple problems I had.
They'll ignore you when you're trying to get answer about your hard earned money as if it's your fault, seemed professional at first, not so much now, I'm going to be really picky with what tax service I choose next time.
Precise service. Always friendly. Lisa Keys goes above and beyond. Lisa makes sure I understand my refund and I was not having enough taken out of my check, she helped me.
