In town for the week and my son and I wanted to get some Gym days in to stay on track. This Gym has a little bit of everything and reasonable Day and Weekly rates. You can do all machines, all free weights, cardio and more. Highly recommend this location. Convenient and easy. Can't beat it.

Keys Strength was a great place to get a couple workouts in while on a weekend trip in the Marathon. The owners were easy to get ahold of and get us setup. They had all of the equipment needed for a great workout, the place was nicely laid out, and everyone was respectful. Will DEFINITELY be back. Thank you, Chris!

Keys Strength and Conditioning is a hidden gem in Marathon, Florida! I stopped by while waiting for my husband to pick up breakfast at the Marathon Bagel Shop, and I’m so glad I did. This gym is truly eye-opening, with a wide variety of training areas, machines, and programs for all fitness levels.
