I’m buying my first home. It was supposed to be a dream. It ended up being a nightmare these people from DH Horton. They don’t take us serious on Palm Kay. Futuros compradores tengan en cuenta que la asociación está por gusto tengo más de 1 año con mi parking dañado por culpa de la constructora DRhorton y AT&T y todavía no me han solucionado y la asociación me exige que yo tengo que repararlo si no me multan y me parece injusto que tenga que reparar algo que yo no dañe pendiente que eso les evitará futuros dolores de cabeza
Comunidad con procesos ineficientes , altos precios de asociación , sin apenas servicios .Lo más importante si estás leyendo esto , no compres en Palm Cay y no confíes en D.R. Horton , no hay parqueo , ni de visitor , ni suficientes para los dueños , en mi caso son 3 cuartos y existen solo dos parqueos, y sin la opción de usar un visitor 24 h
