What an amazing wedding we had. If there were any problems Trinity made sure that they were handled, and as mother of the bride my day was smooth sailing. I could not have been happier with their services.
THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING PEOPLE, BEWARE! I feel that it is important to write this review because I do not want any other bride to experience what we did. Please beware, this company is a scam. I am the sister of the bride. My sister hired Trinity to be here wedding coordinator. First encounter with Trinity was not good. She did not show up to the initial meeting. Brides beware… Many unanswered calls, many unanswered emails, excuses, no show…and lies, we were waiting for her and she said she “Couldn’t get in the gate”, she said she called numerous times but all of our phones had NO MISSED calls from her! I hired a wedding planner to be sure my family could relax the day of the wedding and that did not happen. If it weren’t for my sisters stepping up to help, I would have been setting up my own wedding. Not the experience I was expecting for $5500 in total invoices paid. Her employee Christina quit halfway through my planning process and I believe she was the reason this business ran before her departure.
