Service was very slow, and a bartender may have quit while we were there. The downstairs was cool, but that was about it.

Enjoyed my few times there but no idea what their hours are anymore. Went by Tuesday night at 8:30 and the lights were all off, so no idea anymore if they're open

We came for a work event over the weekend. The name is a double entendre, keys as in piano keys and “Florida Keys” hence the tropical decor, food and drinks. There were maybe 3 workers to serve the entire venue. My group alone had probably 80 people, and there were others in there that weren’t part of our group. They definitely needed more staff. Overall, this bar is meh. The only reason my party enjoyed ourselves was because we went for the Dueling Pianos event and had a blast singing along and suggesting songs for the musicians. Besides that, the service was slow, as they are critically understaffed, the kitchen was taking forever to make the food, and the servers weren't being notified when food was ready. They were short staffed but they worked hard to try to get to everyone. The Piano show was good.
