Nasty, dirty, full of rodents, drunks laying in the yards, windows broken out. Some were living without power so they could buy drugs. Dogs and cats by the 1st 00's running loose. Most of the mobile homes have been condemned by the city but were sold as is to individuals then just charge lot rent. They would then build around the condemned part (without permits), no safety equipment. Very ************** done to roads and driveways. Some pot holes would tear car parts completely off.
