Cool air again, fixed it fast.
Carefully dismantled our old A/C unit.
Given my previous issues with contractors not being punctual, I was relieved when the technician arrived within the scheduled hour and quickly identified a blocked air filter as the cause of my portable A/C's inefficiency. He replaced it promptly, and the unit has been running much better since then.
The installation team arrived on time and finished setting up the new heating system in about three hours, taking care to explain how to operate the thermostat efficiently. They also removed the old unit without any mess, which I appreciated as it made cleanup straightforward.
After a thorough inspection, they identified a minor coolant leak that was missed during last year's maintenance, and it took them just under an hour to fix and recharge the system. This visit was smoother compared to my previous experiences, where the issues persisted and required follow-up appointments.
