Wow what incredible service AND quality! We have used Keys for several years for our charity triathlon and 5K awards. They always do a great job but this year was special. We had Keys put the race logo on towels as race awards for a race on Sunday. With all the commotion of a triathlon preparation, we didn’t realize Keys is closed on Saturday, our fault. Unbelievable customer service!! I forgot to pick up my items before they closed on Friday. I needed them for the weekend. They met me at the store on their day off so I could pick up the things that I'd had embroidered. Totally my fault. And they not only helped me out, they did it quickly and so very kindly. Customer for life.
