This association is inconsiderate and completely insensitive to homeowners and their concerns. My vehicle was towed even though I had a valid pass and it was not expired. It seems as though they are in association with a towing company in order to make money out of their residents and the resident's visitors. The gentleman by the name of **** was very nonchalant about my issue at hand and showed no empathy.
