Better Customer Service By Manager. All other Workers are AWESOME!!!!
Less than 45 minutes here, Tom rekeyed my security door, fixed my front door so it closed and stayed closed, and repaired 4 inside doors so they opened, closed and locked properly. He showed up right when he said he would, and got right to work making my and my families life so much more efficient and easy. Definitely refer him to anyone needing a locksmith!
Tom went above and beyond creating replacement car keys. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!!
I lost Rental car key while I was visiting a friend in Berkeley, it was 2016 NISSAN ALTIMA with SMART KEY, I called many companies, everybody said its dealer only but this guy I think owner's name was TOM APPEL I talked to, he said they can do it, they showed up in no time and programmed a smart key and I was again on the road, Thanks to LONGS LOCKSMITH.
