Awful. They take your money and never complete the job. Then they ghost you.
Good guy's to work with do quality work. Went for quality even if it took longer when I worked for them. If your looking for quality this the place in the thumb area.
Does not pay their vendors- would not do business with them!
Keys Construction kept $1,567.50 of our money (10% of our deposit) upon canceling our proposed contract with no explanation/breakdown of fees. No work was done to our home and no materials were purchased. We canceled due to the estimate of cabinetry going from $10,000.00 to $17,000.00. This was only for "services rendered" as they state.
Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor.
