Chris and Dennis were both very helpful and Informative made my life so much easier! Would recommend using this team whenever possible! Why go thru all the hassle when there is a team like this right here in town!
So far, Chris and his team have been nothing short of outstanding. Chris has had an undying devotion and determination in managing my property and fix all the things needed to be rent ready. After 2 extremely poor experiences with prior PMC's, I don't give compliments out that easily.
We have been very happy with our experience with Keyrenter! They were extremely helpful in getting our place ready for rental and getting our first renters. I would definately recommend them to others.
Very straightforward process from application to signing the lease (about a week and a half). Keyrenter representatives worked with me to get me into one of their properties ASAP (sight unseen). Simplified my quick move from Houston to St.Louis and took a lot of pressure off my shoulders. When I arrived at my apartment it was clean, cute, and worth every penny. I would recommend one of their properties to anyone moving to a new city.
