We did a auto refinance and the whole experience was excellent. We were clearly explained the whole process and was closed quickly.
My experience at Keypoint has been rather pleasing. With only a few challenges, I have had a really good experience with the representatives. In particular Alex who has performed like a manager and delivered results each time I've spoken with him.. Simply customer service at its best. A few others notably have been customer friendly and real helpful as well.
I had a fantastic experience working with Amber on my auto loan refinance. She was incredibly prompt, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire process. Amber made everything easy to understand, answered all my questions quickly, and handled each step with professionalism and care. Her excellent customer service turned what could have been a stressful task into a smooth, positive experience. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend her to anyone!
I have been banking with keypoint over 30 years even before it was under the banner AEA credit union, I always come back happy each time I visit their retail branches.
