I have been a member of KeyPoint Credit Union for years because the staff are excellent. It is incredible to me that they are efficient and professional and friendly. I attribute that to the branch manager Gina who has been there for nearly 20 years. No where else do I see such loyalty of the staff to management. A day from HELL! I was almost a victim of a SCAMMER, but Gina Cortes (Branch Manager) and Mario Mora (Assistant Branch Manager) were there to SAVE THE DAY and THANK GOODNESS they were!!!! I was a HOT MESS and had so much ANXIETY I could not breath. I can not believe that I almost allowed someone to take advantage of me in this capacity.
