owner/customer Keyon bought our service provider and immediately raised the monthly fee 50% forcing a contract to continue service. After the contract period the business ceased due to the death of my bride, the owner. I informed Keyon and they suspended billing for three months there upon resuming to debit the bank acct while sending a statement showing -0- amount due. In every instance that I have needed to call Keyon, I have received great customer service. This is company that is big enough but not to big to take the time to answer your questions or resolve any problems you may have. Thank you to Andy who I was lucky enough to get each time I called.

VERY BAD CHOICE DON'T USE KEYON !!!! Poor download speeds. Unable to provide service but able to make contracts to tie you up for a year. --Pretty good trick. They are assured they get their money no matter how poor the service is. Reminds me of the traveling roof repair scammers. The Keyon installer couldn't find a way to get a signal at my house except by bolting their flimsy antenna to my chimney. Still poor and spotty service. Unreliable Fixed Wireless Internet Service Provider Keyon was our service provider for about a year. That's how long the contract was for. There were a lot of problems with the service. There were days, almost one week at one point, when we could not have internet access.
