We were assigned Steve through our boiler insurance to do a service. From the first phone call, through to the second visit that was required to carry out repairs, Steve was professional and his customer service is top notch. Steve talked through everything that he’d reported on and why, and all of the work that he was going to do to fix the issues he’d found. As a landlord Steve has always looked after properties for me. Always reliable and does the job well. Great communication always respectful when entering the properties.
Steve has always been quite reliable the last couple of years for my boiler service. However, this year I forgot my appointment and arrived home 5 mins after he attended my house. I had tried a couple of days beforehand to get a specific time he would come. I didn’t have any response so assumed he wasn’t coming. I had Steve coming to see an issue with my boiler which he identified to be a faulty expansion vessel. After chasing a couple of time for his quote I finally received it and I agreed with the price. At that point I have been waiting more than 3 weeks waiting for the job to be done and sending him messages to confirm when it was possible to have the job done without any response.
