Keynote did a really nice job. I needed my walls and floors redone because of mold and possible asbestos. All precautions were taken very seriously and I didn't feel like I was about to get sick by coming back into my house. If you need a detailed job, I would recommend keynote. I also feel like he was very forthcoming and took accountability if there were any misunderstandings. Kenyon was professional, efficient and detailed oriented. He kept me informed about everything that he was doing. They started removing the floor from 3 rooms Monday, began painting 4 rooms and foyer Wednesday, and finished the entire job Saturday. Kenyon and his team were very nice and didn't stop until the job was done. I am very please and will use him for additional home improvements.
The team was very quick and professional. They communicated well during the process as well. The work looks amazing, I recommend giving this company a try.
This one star is not on the finished painting job. The finished work was good; however, this one-star rating is on business practice and customer service. The issues I experiences was surrounded around the following 1. Communication consistently with customer 2. Respect customer time 3. I was stuck in a bind from another company canceling my job at the last minute. Kenyon came in and save the day. They did a remarkable job. The facelift they did on my house in one day was amazing. Sometimes when one door closes, it for a reason that we don’t know, but I’m so glad that God open this door, because I am over elated with the job they did to my home.
