let’s start off with the service; when i called because i left my keys in my car, they told me they will call back in 10 mins. 30 minites passed and still no call, i decided to call them since i really needed to get into my car and when i called them, they told me that they will call back. RUDE “DISPATCHER” ZERO STARS. Called their number, I guess it’s a call center. Cool. Woman was so dismissive. Couldn’t provide the service I asked about, NO BIG DEAL. I don’t care. But she said “call another locksmith” and just hung up. So I called back. And they were laughing at me and reading the same script I guess they are all provided. Maybe the actual locksmiths are great but call center customer service is a ZERO.

To be honest, I only use the service if Lowe's is already closed because it's pricey and then you have to pay extra. If you want. Your keys basically brushed so you don't have any of those sharp shards on it, which is crazy because you shouldn't have to pay extra to have a job completed. The cost of a key at Lowe's is about $3. I had three keys made yesterday and great it was buy two get one free but it was still $13.82 for two keys because it was buy two get one free. So yeah it's a convenience to have the machine there.
