I called the number listed for this location and requested a lock technician come to my home to unlock my door. When he arrived he told me his strategy to get the door unlocked (drilling into my door due to the type of lock) without explaining the reasoning behind it even when I was asking the why. Waited over two hours and was charged $460 to open my door which took the guy two minutes. Was also told I’d get an estimate over the phone before him arriving but that didn’t happen. If I knew it was gonna cost that much I would have called someone else. What a scam

I recently had an unfortunate experience with After getting locked out of my house, I called them for assistance. The locksmith arrived quickly, but that’s where the positive experience ended. The locksmith was incredibly rude throughout the process. Instead of a professional demeanor, he made several inappropriate and comments about Indians, which made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. Dissatisfied... 06/28/24 ... The service was requested, the person in charge of carrying out the impatient work, (the only method of operation) is not the one required to recover the key inside the vehicle.
