They don't copy keys
handy (in my grocery store), simple, fast, worked. love it
Giving them 4 stars, even though none of the 3 keys I had made worked for our door! Their machine is pretty cool and their customer service is amazing. I was upset that none of the keys worked especially because I need another copy very soon and will have to go somewhere else now, but they refunded me within 10 minutes of texting their support line, no wait or questions asked. That’s awesome customer service in my book, but hopefully the machines will work for most people and they won’t need to contact them!
